4. FIRST-AID MEASURES
Rinse eyes thoroughly with water. Consult an eye specialist.
Product on skin: Wash skin immediately with copious amounts of water and soap.
Product ingested: Call emergency doctor immediately.

Information for physician: See Chapter 11 for information on toxicology. The active ingredients listed in Chapter 2 belongs to the following chemical groups: carbamates and metaldehyde.
Symptoms of poisoning: headache, blurred vision, weakness, sweating, mild chest pain, nausea and vomiting. Severe intoxication causes cyanosis, muscular twitching, spasms, miosis and respiratory paralysis.
Therapeutic measures: Basic aid, decontamination, symptomatic treatment and if necessary administration of antidote. Atropine sulphate (contra-indication: oxime therapy).

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Sprayed water jet, foam, extinguishing powder, CO2, sand. Contain firefighting water.
Special hazards: In the event of fire, the formation of carbon monoxide must be anticipated.
Protective clothing: Wear respiratory protection.
Well ventilated areas: full face mask with combination filter, e.g. ABEK-P2 (offers no protection from carbon monoxide!)

To clean the floor and all objects contaminated by this material, use damp cloth. Also place used cleaning materials into closable receptacles.
